Public Beta Information
Welcome to the Public Beta of Test 2 Buy 1.0,
the perfect solution for tracking used equipment purchases!

You will need a copy of FileMaker Pro® in order to use Test 2 Buy. We are currently working on a runtime version of Test 2 Buy that will not require that you have FileMaker Pro®

Please be aware that this is a pre-release Beta version. It is most likely filled with annoying bugs and missing features. This Beta version is not warranted by Bermudez Computer Consulting (BCC). Furthermore, BCC is in no way responsible for any damage, loss of data, or loss of business caused by Test 2 Buy. This statement overrides any part of the Test 2 Buy license agreement (in the readme.txt or readme.doc files) that may contradict it.

When you open the Test 2 Buy database, FileMaker will ask you for a password. You can safely dismiss this message without entering a password. The password is there in order to prevent unauthorized modification of the database layout. If you buy a modification license from BCC we will provide you with a password that will allow you to modify the layout. Modification licenses will be available only for final release version of Test 2 Buy, which should be released sometime before 2002.

Because this version is a prerelease version, we are unable to include any decent documentation. You can find a short tutorial in the readme files included with Test 2 Buy. If we have done our job correctly then you really should not have to read the tutorial, but we recommend it anyways. You can find an uncompleted draft copy of the User's guide inside the User Guide folder inside the Test 2 Buy folder.

The purpose of this Public Beta is to gauge user's reactions to Test 2 Buy. If you find any bugs or want to provide us with feedback about Test 2 Buy please us send mail as test2buypb@bermudez.cc.
